In general, atypical patients have difficulties in perceiving the body in space, in controlling tone and in tactile responses. Rota-Flex provides greater comfort in postural adequacy. With its high compression power, rota-flex tends to facilitate the regulation of patients' tonus during exercises, contributing to better responses in sensory motor activities and performance in daily activities.

 

 

FLEX ROUTE 

 

Using elastics incorporated in the garment, the great differential of the flex route is the ease of handling. A lycra pants with enough elasticity to fit all types of bodies, with specific numbering and high compression power, facilitating their use in any situation of the patients' daily life (school, therapies, leisure ..). 

 

The elastics of the pants are used to facilitate the rotation of the lower limb according to the need, for internal or external rotation.

 

 

FLEX ROUTE INTERNAL ROTATION 

 

Patients who need help to keep the limb in rotation are treated with a line of Flex Route of internal rotation in which the initial fixation of the elastic occurs in the gluteal region, rotating towards the latero-medial region of the thigh, ending at the medial lateral view of the knee. To complete the rotation effect, a second elastic, positioned in the lateral lateral region of the knee, is rotated throughout the tibia, ending at the foot, where the expected effect of the flex route will be perceived. (In which the insertion of the elastic occurs in the gluteal region, rotating through the thigh, ending at the back of the knee. To complete the rotation effect, a second elastic, positioned on the medial side of the knee is rotated throughout the tibia, finishing on foot)

 

 

FLEX ROUTE EXTERNAL ROTATION 

 

Patients who present internal rotation of the lower limb will use the Flex route of external rotation. The first elastic will have fixation in the abdomen region following in the lateral lateral direction, fixing in the popliteal fossa, thus helping the alignment of the thigh. The second elastic attached posteriorly to the popliteal fossa will rotate inward, placing the tibia in the midline and the feet outward in external rotation. (In which the insertion of the elastic occurs in the abdomen, rotating through the thigh, ending at the back of the knee. To complete the rotation effect, a second elastic, positioned on the medial side of the knee, is rotated throughout the tibia, ending in the foot, providing the expected effect).

 

 

LEGGING VEST 

 

Legging is characterized by different compression in the knee joint, offering greater tactile and proprioceptive sensation in the knee joints in constant sensory stimulation.
